The Utah Association of Counties Housing Foundation was created to help Utah counties develop housing solutions that reflect the unique needs of their communities. The Foundation works with counties to strategically invest housing set-aside funds and other available resources to support the development of attainable housing for Utah individuals and families.
Using Area Median Income (AMI) and other established housing affordability guidelines, the Foundation supports projects that create both rental and homeownership opportunities at prices that make sense for local residents. Through partnerships with counties, developers, and community stakeholders, the Foundation helps turn local housing resources into meaningful housing opportunities in the communities where those resources are generated.
