Who We Are
The Utah Association of Counties (UAC) is the collective voice of Utah’s 29 counties. Established in 1924, UAC is a statewide, non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening county government and improving the well-being of Utah’s citizens. For over a century, UAC has united county leaders to share knowledge, address challenges, and advocate for effective local governance.
What We Do
UAC provides expertise, advocacy, and programs that keep counties strong, effective, and connected. From training and technical support to legislative representation and statewide initiatives, UAC ensures counties have the tools they need to serve their residents. By working together, Utah’s counties build stronger communities and a stronger state.
