UAC hosts events throughout the year that bring county leaders, policymakers, staff and partners together to collaborate, learn and celebrate.

Held each spring after Utah’s General Legislative Session, the Legislative Conference connects county leaders directly with lawmakers, state officials, and policy experts. This collaborative forum provides updates on new laws, funding, and emerging priorities while creating space for counties to voice their perspectives. In addition to shaping UAC’s advocacy efforts, the conference also serves as the setting for UAC Executive Committee elections, ensuring county leadership remains representative and engaged.

The UAC Annual Convention is the premier gathering of Utah’s county officials and partners each fall. This multi-day event fosters collaboration across all county roles and affiliates, featuring keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities. By bringing diverse perspectives together, the convention strengthens relationships and equips counties with shared strategies to better serve Utah residents.

The UAC Cup is more than just a golf tournament; it’s a networking tradition that coincides with the Annual Convention each fall. County officials, staff, and corporate partners connect outside the meeting room for a day of friendly competition and relationship-building.
