For 2025, UAC is pleased to launch a new partnership with Cooperative Education Services (CES) — an organization dedicated to making government purchasing simpler, more cost-effective, and fully compliant with procurement regulations.
CES provides counties with peace of mind through greater value, convenience, exceptional customer service, and access to highly qualified vendors with ready-to-use contracts.
CES ContractsBenefits of the CES Partnership:
- Cost-Effectiveness: Reduce administrative burdens while gaining access to competitively priced contracts.
- Simplified Procurement: Streamlined processes that encourage participation from both vendors and agencies.
- Economic Growth: Promotion of Utah-based vendors and contractors, supporting job creation and local economic development.
- Transparency & Compliance: Enhanced trust in procurement processes through adherence to state and county regulations.
To support this expansion into Utah, CES has contracted with UAC for two full-time, Utah based employees—Mason Goold and Peggy Green—to promote and facilitate the program across the state.
We invite counties to explore how CES can simplify procurement, save time and money, and strengthen local economies.
